About Open Table

Why Open Table Exists

Open Table Advisory exists because clients often need trusted local help — but the support available can feel fragmented, overpriced, too informal to rely on, or too corporate to be practical. We built something in between.

Founder, Open Table Advisory

Hunter Deems

Hunter Deems is a US national who has lived and worked in Vietnam for more than a decade. A Vietnamese speaker, with primary professional experience in insurance and international client support, she brings a rare combination of local understanding, practical commercial judgement and relationship-led support.

Across her career, Hunter has supported and worked with international organisations and brands including Puma, Nike and SAP. This experience has shaped her understanding of what internationally minded clients need when operating across markets: clarity, trust, the right local relationships and a more structured way to move forward.

Hunter created Open Table Advisory around a simple idea: the right table changes everything. Her role is to help clients understand what they need, who needs to be involved and how to move forward with better local judgement and clearer sequencing.

Her style is open, practical and collaborative. She is always looking for ways to create bridges between people, markets and opportunities, while keeping the process grounded, commercially useful and easy to navigate.

Through Open Table, Hunter helps clients define the next step and involve specialist collaborators or regulated providers where their expertise is required. Open Table remains the central relationship, bringing the right people to the table without leaving clients to manage the process alone.

Her approach is discreet, grounded and shaped by more than a decade of lived regional experience.

That gap is why Open Table exists.

Proven Strategic Partnerships

Open Table is built around relationships developed over time, not a cold list of contacts. We work through carefully selected partners who support practical local execution — across market entry, insurance, real estate, and branding and marketing. When you work with Open Table, you’re not searching for the right local provider yourself; we’ve already done that work.
